Site Visit
If required a member of our design team will happily visit you at your home or project site. This visit allows us to take some preliminary measurements as well as advise on features that can boost the enjoyment of your new windows and doors while meeting your requirements. We will demonstrate the colour palette for the windows in situ, so you can see how your choices will look and feel before making any decisions, ensuring the designs suit your décor.

Survey
Once you are happy with your choices, one of our trained and experienced surveyors will visit you to check over the final measurements to eliminate any errors and finalise things. Our surveyor will confirm with you the selected products you have chosen and will take into consideration access to undertake the work and any additional requirements.
Having this double-check means that we can cross-reference all the details and ensure that your windows and doors meet your needs for the future.

Order
After all site visits have been completed our team of specialist surveyors and design consultants will work collaboratively to complete the plans for your project. Upon completion, the order will be placed with the factory, and a provisional installation date will be provided to ensure that you can start to make your plans.

Delivery & Installation
A couple of weeks before your delivery is ready we will contact you to confirm the final delivery and installation dates. On the day of delivery, our fully equipped team will be on-site to unload, and start to make on-site preparations.
All our fitting teams are time-served and fully trained, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands. We will make sure during the installation process that the work is carried out to the highest standards and be respectful of your home throughout the process, allowing you to sit back and relax whilst we make your home safe, warm, and peaceful.
