UNO Windows & Doors recently had the pleasure of completing the Formby Project — the supply and installation of a bespoke 1.3m wide RK aluminium pivot door for a charming property in the heart of Formby. After visiting our showroom in search of something secure, functional and visually striking, the client chose the 7060 exclusive door that blends classic Georgian detailing with a sleek, contemporary feel.

The door features bold 3D moulding on both the exterior and interior and a solid brass door knob for a timeless look with modern performance. To meet the client’s requirements for convenience and security, the door includes a fingerprint/keypad scanner. Fully PAS 24 and Secure by Design certified, the door also offers excellent thermal performance with a 0.72 U-value.

Our installation team arrived on schedule and completed the installation of the new door efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for the client. The door’s durability, sturdiness, and spectacular design left the client speechless as the door was the perfect final touch for such a stunning home.
